Ready to make a delicious dessert that is a Christmas tradition? First, mix the dried fruit, sugar, flour and breadcrumbs. Then add vegetable suet and the spices, too. Mix with a spatula using your mouse. Next, make the wet mixture. Blend eggs with Guinness then add sodium bicarbonate and baking powder. Add salt and blend with the spoon, again with the mouse. Add the Guinness mixture to the dry ingredients and blend with the spatula. Pour into a baking dish, cover with parchment and tie. Steam in a double boiler then flip and serve.
