They have several plans you can download. One lets you build an 8-inch tall windmill that lights up. A larger version (3 feet tall) for older students charges Nicad batteries. also has a “renewable energy heroes” page that profiles a young man (18 years old) who has built several electricity producing wind turbines. He started at the age of 13 and has even refurbished commercial units that are connected to the powergrid.
