This site is suitable for all ages, it contains over 2000 front and back images of paper currency of over 300 countries of the world including some countries which do not exist anymore. Since we all could easily relate to money, I consider this site to be very informative and educational as well. This site has 3 special exhibits for Unites States, United Kingdom and India. These special exhibits contain a very extensive and hard to find images of the front and back of paper currencies.

Contains images of almost 3,000 different world banknotes from more than 100 countries. It also contains pictures of the country leaders, original articles, country specific links and other relevant information. This site is non-commercial and listed as safe for kids.

Numismondo is a very good kids safe site. It has more than 2000 banknotes pictured from almost ninety countries. It also includes pictures of country leaders, special links and original articles.
This site also has "backgrounders" about many countries as it relates to its history and banknote issues. There are no commercial ads and it is done only for educational purposes. The site specializes in "local currencies" (those thay were not issued by governments) and has a total of more than 500 pages.
