This site privides 2 parenting tools that teach children a new truth about drug use and abuse. First for the youngest, there is "Phil And Bill Who Found The Pill" a toddlers story. The second tool is the "Family Insight Drug Prevention Workshop" for ages 6-18 that the parents faciltate. It is a FREE community service based website providing parents the best weapons in drug prevention and for fighting the war on drugs at home.

The WHEEL Council is a leader in storytelling for prevention and healing and accelerated, multicultural learning. We try to prevent young people from engaging in risky behaviors including unprotected sex, drugs and alcohol abuse.
