The America's Rain Forest project is a unique effort to introduce 5-8 graders to the tropical and temperate rain forests in the United States. The free project provides a useful and fun website filled with teacher and kid activities and resources, and a live satellite broadcast from the rain forests in Puerto Rico and from Alaska.

Amazon travel guidebook author presents a non-commercial site on Amazon rainforest with individually captioned photos. Sections include animals, plants, native people, scenery, space images, conservation, travel, art, links, news updates. Jungle Photos is dedicated to education about the Amazon rainforest. It provides resources for students and teachers. The site features over 350 pages with images, each captioned with relevant natural or cultural information. Aims to inspire students and teachers by combining solid information with high-quality photos. Jungle Photos is rated kid-friendly with ICRA.
