Planet Stamp is the finest resource for young stamp collectors on the Net. Financed by a philatelic charity (Stamp Active Network) it is strictly non-commercial and purely educational. There are lots ot different sections from how-to's to quizzes and news activities. All aspects of the hobby are covered in depth, with well-written, illustrated articles presented in a child-friendly and often light-hearted manner.
