August 9, 1999 -- From a reader from Santa Rosa CA who is affiliated with the site
It's a primary source for teaching World War II history - humorous, poignant, intensely personal, brilliant cartoons by a gentle, artistic man who flew 60 combat missions in a fighter plane and was killed in action a few weeks after D-day. Accessible, affecting stuff for older kids. The site was created by his son (me).

Well laid out K-12 school site in South East England. Life of the school, on-line classrooms and some interactive resources, plus a few audio and video downloads. Classroom work features some relevant links with UK national curriculum. Easy navigation, clear branding and logical layout. Uses frames and promotes use of PICS coding for internet protection.
