Toolbars

by Barbara J. Feldman on March 4, 2003

The buttons and links on your browser can be changed and moved around. In both Internet Explorer and Netscape, you can drag and drop toolbars (sets of buttons) by pushing the left-hand vertical bar around. When you are happy with your layout, Internet Explorer (but not Netscape) allows you to fix the toolbar locations by right clicking anywhere in the browser toolbar and checking “Lock the Toolbars.”
