If you are learning how to create HTML web pages, viewing the source code of existing pages is a great tool. Both Netscape and Internet Explorer make this available under View. If you are an Internet Explorer user, and you find that View Source suddenly stops working, try clearing your cache of Internet temporary files (Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete.)
