How to Slow IE9 Add-on Pop Ups

If you’ve been annoyed by Internet Explorer 9’s pop-up message about the speed of your add-ons, you are not alone! Leo Notenboom of Ask Leo! explains that although there is no way to turn the message off, you can control when it appears. The message is a warning that IE9 thinks your browser add-ons are taking too long to load.
