Clean out an empty container that has a lid (an oatmeal container, old butter container or yogurt container are examples). Decorate the outside of the container with construction paper, crayons, stickers, or whatever! Place the lid back in the container and drum away. You could make drum sticks by gluing empty spools to tops of pencils.
