Christmas is a wonderful time to be in charge of decorating a bulletin board. While you may be hard-pressed to come up with a creative idea other times of the year Christmas provides plenty of bulletin board ideas that are both fun to do and entertaining and uplifting to look at. So if you are in charge of a school, church or even office bulletin board here are some Christmas themed bulletin board ideas-
• “WEEE Wish you a Merry Christmas”-This bulletin board will delight young children with its vibrancy and sense of motion.

What you will need:

Blue construction paper to cover the background of the board
Large white letters that spell out WEEEEE
Red letters that spell out “wish you a Merry Christmas”
A construction paper pine tree decorated with painted lights. This tree should be large enough to almost cover the height of the bulletin board.
White tissue paper
A construction paper bear (or other animal) wearing a Santa hat in a sliding position.
Stapler
Adhesive

Instructions for the project: Cover the entire board in blue construction paper. Construct a “hill of snow” using the white tissue paper and stapling onto the left side of the board. This works best by crinkling up the paper and attaching with adhesive. On the right side of the board attach the pine tree. Attach the letters to read across the top of the board, “WEEE wish you a Merry Christmas!” Position and attach the bear so he looks like he is sliding down the hill of snow. For a final touch you can have the kids make paper snowflakes to attach to the board as well. They can write their wishes on each snowflake if desired.
