What You’ll Need:

Instructions for the Project:

Take your white piece of paper and coat it once with nail polish remover (this will make the paint water proof and the paper to). Wait ten minutes for it to dry . Then take a paper plate and put any color paint on it. Then you can start finger painting. Then when its all dried put one more coat of of nail polish remover on.
