Materials needed:

•Craft foam
•Hot glue
•Magnet sheet, strips, or dots

Directions:

•The first thing that you need to do is to cut out all 26 letters of the alphabet out of the craft foam. You can make the letters various sizes, meaning you can choose a size that is going to work best for you. Your best bet would be to use some kind of a pattern so that the letters are all uniform in size.

•You can also buy pre-cut letters out of craft foam to make it even easier
Now you want to cut out small pieces from your magnet strip or sheet.

•Now use the hot glue to attach the pieces of magnets to your foam letters. The bigger the letters the more magnet pieces you will have to use.

•If you are making large letters you can use things to embellish the letters or you can leave them plain depending on who you are giving it to.

This is also a neat craft to do when spelling out a child’s name for a bulletin board, a display or even a wall hanging for their room.
