You will need to use white thread. Cut the elastic so that it is the perfect size. Sew the elastic together. Cut the satin ribbon to fit around the elastic. If you want and if you think it will make it easier, just sew the ribbon on before you sew up the elastic. Whichever way you like best will work. Remember to use white thread. Then buy lace, trim, and ribbon. You will want to buy things that are classy and that are the wedding colors. It will be a nice way to tie it in to the wedding ceremony.
