Their short attention spans and limited abilities some times make it difficult to come up with a variety of activities that will be both engaging and simple. Some of the best crafts involve making things that children are familiar with. Birds are definitely animals that children can recognize at an early age so they make for some of the more interesting craft ideas. Here are just a few fast and easy bird crafts that you can do with your child. Hopefully, you will be able to use and apply these ideas and that they inspire even more craft projects for your family.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cereal bird feeder – <\/strong>To make a cereal bird feeder you will need a cereal that has a hole in the center (Cheerios, Fruit Loops, etc.) and some pipe cleaners. String the pipe cleaners with the cereal. You can make the strings bigger by adding more pipe cleaners to the strand. Curve the pipe cleaners into a circle so that they can be hung on the branch of a tree. Don’t forget to remove the wire\u00a0when the birds are finished snacking at the cereal.
