{"id":1452,"date":"2009-10-30T09:36:16","date_gmt":"2009-10-30T16:36:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.makeplaydough.com\/blog\/1452\/caterpillar-to-buttefly-craft\/"},"modified":"2009-10-30T09:36:16","modified_gmt":"2009-10-30T16:36:16","slug":"caterpillar-to-buttefly-craft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.surfnetkids.com\/early\/1452\/caterpillar-to-buttefly-craft","title":{"rendered":"Caterpillar to Buttefly Craft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Materials<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\tPinch type clothes pin<br \/>\tMedium size pom-poms<br \/>\tSchool glue<br \/>\tPipe cleaner<br \/>\tPaper towel, white<br \/>\tWater<br \/>\tFood coloring<br \/>\tPaint brush<\/p>\n<p>\t<em>Instructions<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\t<u>Caterpillar<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\t<\/p>\n<li>Glue pom-poms onto one side of the clothes pin<\/li>\n<p>\t<\/p>\n<li>\tTwist 3 inch piece of pipe cleaner around the top end to form an antenna<\/li>\n<p>\t<\/p>\n<li>\tAllow to dry<\/li>\n<p><\/ol>\n<p>\t<u>Butterfly Wings<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\t<\/p>\n<li>Lay the paper towel flat<\/li>\n<p>\t<\/p>\n<li>\tMix water and food coloring to make paint<\/li>\n<p>\t<\/p>\n<li>\tUse paint brush to paint the paper towel<\/li>\n<p>\t<\/p>\n<li>\tKeep in mind that the more colors you use, the more colorful your butterfly will be<\/li>\n<p>\t<\/p>\n<li>\tAllow to dry.
