You can cut the tissue into different sizes or use squares of the same size.  <\/p>\n<p>Step 2<br \/>Fold the tissue back and forth (accordion style) like a paper fan.  <\/p>\n<p>Step 3<br \/>Wrap the end of a pipe cleaner around the center of the folded tissue to hold it tightly and to make a stem for the flower. Older kids can wrap green florist tape around the pipe-cleaner stem.  <\/p>\n<p>Step 4<br \/>Gently pull open the tissue paper to make the flower bloom.  <\/p>\n<p>Step 5<br \/>Experiment by stacking two colors of tissue paper together and decorating the tissue paper with colored markers before folding.
