They require only basic crafting skills and craft materials that you may already have at home or in classroom. Stack and then fold two of the paper plates in half. Use your cutter or scissors to cut through both folded paper plates to make a snowflake shape. Be sure to make snowflake arms that go in and out or zigzag. You will want to leave an uncut area in the middle along the fold for the snowflake’s face. Carefully unfold the plates. Use the crayons to draw fun faces on the fronts of the plates. You can make funny eyes, expressive mouths, and other details to show your snowflake friend’s personality.<\/p>\n
After you are finishing decorating with the crayons lay the snowflakes flat on newspaper. You can now outline the snowflakes with glitter glue. Let dry completely. After they are completely dried you can glue snowflakes back to back by drawing a line with the glue stick down the middle of the back of each face. Let dry completely. Glue a long ribbon to the top of the snowflake as a hanger so you can hang it in a window.
