Completely cover one side of the wood disc with decoupage solution. Lay the picture on the disc and brush with a final coat of solution. Let dry completely. Using the end of the brush or a stick, you have the child dab snow paint along the top. Let dry completely. Cut a piece of satin cord to make a hanger and string through the hole in the disk.
