\"FairyGarland\"Anyone planning on going to a fairy party is going to need something special to wear. The fairy garland is the perfect solution. A fairy garland is to be worn on your little one’s head and can be embellished as simply or as extravagantly as your creativity and at-home supplies allow. All you need are some pipe cleaners and some tulle or tissue paper.<\/p>\n

Instructions for the Project:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Take 2 pipe cleaners and twist the ends together to form a circle for the base of the garland. Make the circle slightly larger than the circumference of the head that it is to fit as putting the tulle\/tissue paper on the base will make it smaller.<\/li>\n
  2. Cut your tulle or tissue paper into strips that are about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Use all kinds of colors, or choose your favorite color to work with.<\/li>\n
  3. Place your strips around the pipe cleaners and tie them down. The ends of the material will ruffle out. Continue tying your strips until the pipe cleaner is covered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
