Cut your felt into pieces that are 4 inches by 5 \u00c2\u00bd inches. Glue 12 popsicle sticks to the felt side by side with the popsicles overlapping the felt at each end evenly. Use a small paint brush to spread the glue to prevent a huge mess. You should have a piece of felt left over at the end. After letting the glue dry form a ring by gluing the overlapped felt.
