As you may know with springtime comes wind! How about making a fast and easy springtime craft that you can enjoy in the wind?
You will need scissors, clear plastic lids, X-Acto knife, hole punch, fishing line, stick, and jingle bells. Cut the rims off the plastic lids, and then cut out seven leaves from the lids. Punch a hole in the top and bottom of each lid and tie a 7 inch length of fishing line to the top of each leaf and hang them from the stick or dowel. Hang a jingle bell from each leaf. Then tie the ends of fishing line to a stick and you can hang it outside and enjoy the breeze. <\/p>\n
