Cotton pillow with light fabric Fabric paints Paint Brush White paper Pencil Straight pins<\/p>\n
Directions-<\/em>Using the paper and pencil draw your design. It is important to make sure the paper is about the size of what you want your drawing to be on the pillow. After drawing the design then turn the paper over and using your pencil shade the entire back of the paper. This will get your design exactly as you want it on the pillow. Place your paper with the drawing facing you and pin to the pillow. Use as many pins as necessary to attach the paper securely. After securely attaching your design then using your pencil gently trace over it. When you are done your design should be on the pillow. Then using the fabric paints trace and “color” your design. You can use a pint brush to “fill” in sections of your design by placing some paint in a paper cup and using the paint brush and fabric paints. Once you have finished “painting” your Mother’s Day Pillow, place on a smooth surface and allow to dry completely. This usually takes about 24 hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
