By making her one of these special hand print Mother’s Day crafts Mom can have a special memento that catches in time the hand prints of her littlest ones for the years to come. A Special Canvas Bag-<\/strong>This can be a very messy project so if kids are making this adult supervision is recommended.<\/p>\n

Supplies Needed:<\/p>\n

Canvas Tote Bag
Fabric Paint
Mirror <\/p>\n

Instructions for the project:<\/em> Paint one of your hands (or the child’s hands) with fabric paint and “stamp” the handprint onto the tote bag. By keeping the fingers together it looks somewhat like a tulip. You can then add leaves and a stem with paint. For a finishing touch write Happy Mother’s Day (or other appropriate message) with the year at the top of the bag with the markers and sign your name.
