*\t4″ clay pot
*\tBunny pick
*\t3″ Styrofoam egg
*\tFlorist’s foam
*\tPurple Easter grass
*\t1\u00c2\u00bd” purple patterned sheer ribbon, 12″ long
*\tPastel colored acrylic paint
*\tWood skewer <\/p>\n
1.\tHold the foam against the bottom of the pot and measure it, then cut your foam piece about 1\/8″ less so it will fit tightly into the bottom of the clay pot.
2.\tPress the measures piece into the bottom of the pot.
3.\tPush the rabbit pick into the florist’s foam. It should be at an angle, so the stick rests against the back of the pot. Keep the bottom of the rabbit about an inch above the pot’s rim.
4.\tArrange the Easter grass in the pot so it covers the florist’s foam.
5.\tCut a 4\u00c2\u00bd” piece of the skewer and push it into the bottom of the Styrofoam egg.
6.\tUsing the piece of skewer to hold onto the egg, paint the egg with a generous coat of paint. Note: It may take several coats to fill in the impressions on the surface of the egg. Let dry completely.
7.\tWrap the ribbon around the middle of the clay pot so the ends overlap slightly, gluing it in place with hot glue and tie a bow, again, gluing the ends of the bow into place.
8.\tWhen the paint is dry on the egg, insert the other end of the skewer stuck into the bottom of the Styrofoam egg into the piece of florist’s foam in the bottom of the clay pot.
