Once you know what type of animal you want to make cut a piece of felt to cover inside of lid. For example, for a dog you could use brown felt. It is important to make sure you glue the felt on the inside of the lid because the magnetic will go on the outside of the lid. (Keep in mind that hot glue works faster but if children are younger use white glue it just takes longer to dry). After the face is glued you can cut felt pieces for ears, nose, etc. For the eyes you can either use felt or wiggle eyes. Glue on all facial features. You also can paint on features with fabric paint or uses markers that will write on felt.
