Materials needed:<\/em><\/p>\n

•Light weight cardboard, the kind from cereal boxes
•Alphabet shaped noodles, uncooked
•Glue
•Hole puncher
•Yarn<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/em><\/p>\n

•First cut out a piece of cardboard that is about \u00c2\u00bd inch wide and just long enough to fit around your wrist<\/p>\n

•Now punch a hole in each end of the cardboard<\/p>\n

•Next spell out your name or any other word that you want with the alphabet noodles
Make sure that you place your word in the center of the cardboard strip and glue them in place
Allow the glue to dry<\/p>\n

•If you want you can paint your bracelet using acrylic paints or spray paints. Make sure that you apply thin coats of either paint and allow the paint to dry. If using acrylic paint make sure to use a sealer as well<\/p>\n

•Once the paint and sealer has dried completely cut a piece of yarn that is about six inches long and string each end up through each hole on your bracelet and tie the bracelet to fit your arm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
