This is being done to protect your work surface.<\/li>\n<li>Now you need to make sure that your pieces of fabric are free from wrinkles. If there are wrinkles then you can lightly iron the material until the wrinkles are gone.<\/li>\n<li>Now pour the paint onto the paper plates so that you can actually paint your apples.<\/li>\n<li>Dip the apple half into the paint until the entire half of the apple is coated with paint.<\/li>\n<li>Now press the apple half onto the 9 x 9 inch piece of fabric so that you leave a print of the apple.<\/li>\n<li>You can use various colors and put as many apple prints as you like on the fabric, most fabric pieces will hold about 9 impressions of the apples.<\/li>\n<li>Allow the apple prints to dry completely<\/li>\n<li>Now with a paint brush paint an apple seed brown and print the apple seed onto the dried painting apples so that it looks like the apples have seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Now you need to allow the rest of the paint to dry before doing anything else.<\/li>\n<li>After the paint has dried lay the fabric face-down on paper towels. Set your iron to the cotton setting and lightly iron the fabric.
