A Perfect Wedding Cake Dress Up

Cover your 3-tier creation with striped pink fondant, beige fondant with cream pinstripes, a white, woven raised fondant or perhaps dramatic bright red fondant. Then add ribbons and flowers, tone-on-tone red ribbons and hearts, gathered ribbons with sets of 3 flowers to each tier or perhaps butterflies. Choose a cake plate then add frosting balls, beading or other trimmings. Add a layer of overhanging fondant if you like. Finally, top it off, literally, with a heart cake topper or perhaps a bouquet of fresh flowers. Maybe you’ll opt for the traditional look and put a bride and groom atop the cake. You’re done!
