#1. June 10, 2009
Dear Reader,
By the time this reaches your email box, I’ll be in Washington D.C. with a group of other Internet publishers. As part of a Small Publisher Fly-In, we’ll be on the Hill,
talking to congressmen about the Internet and the many small business people it supports. I’m really excited about this opportunity. Stay tuned to Twitter for more of my (short) thoughts
about the trip.

See ya on the Net,

#2. How to Own Your Paycheck Again
“Who Else Wants to Pay Off ALL Their Debts in Less Than 10 Years?”
Discover the secrets of how YOU can do this too, even if you have a lot of debts, don’t want to ‘pinch pennies’, get a second job or cut back your spending in any way…
Did you know that trying to pay off your high interest rate debts first and/or paying extra on more than one debt can be the SLOWEST way to get out of debt?
“How To Own Your Paycheck Again!” reveals everything you need to know to pay off those debts in the shortest possible time.
I know it sounds crazy but the author of this program has been teaching this method for over 10 years and he’s got the feedback from students to back it up. We know him well, and he clearly knows his stuff.

Handwriting Printable (** for premium members only)
https://www.surfnetkids.com/printables/files/printables-club/handwriting.pdf
For children learning to write, practice is what makes perfect. And the Internet is a rich source of printable handwriting worksheets for all kinds of handwriting practice, including block letters, cursive, and D’Nealian script.
Amazing Handwriting Worksheet Maker
In basic print, D’Nealian, or cursive, HandwrightingWorksheets.com offers custom worksheets in just a few clicks. Start by choosing your font and trace style (dot, dash or hollow) and then simply input your word list. Be sure not to separate your practice words with commas (like I did) because the comma will show up as a missing image file. If you’d like to use a sentence in your worksheet, instead of a word list, choose the large-size dot-trace basic print font. It provides two sentence formats to choose from: repeat your sentence on all five lines of the worksheet, or just on the first one.
Donna Young: Handwriting Lessons
For use with her book “Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons” or on their own, Donna Young provides a humongous number of printable handwriting lessons. In addition to dozens of letter and word worksheets, Young has reproduced George Washington’s “Rules of Decent Behavior” as a copy work assignment. It has Washington’s pithy quotes on one-half of the page, with a blank ruled page for the student to copy the rules on the opposite site. This has nothing to do with handwriting, but I really liked this rule: “In the presence of others sing not to yourself with a humming voice, nor drum with your fingers or feet.”
First-School: Handwriting Worksheets
Visit First-School for their single-letter worksheets in block or D’Nealian font, blank printable writing paper, writing paper with seasonal themes, and printable story paper to encourage creative writing. They also have a big stash of pre-writing skill development, such as printable mazes and dot-to-dots. But best of all are the color words, number writing, days of the week, and months of the year worksheets.
