Each of the ten<br \/>\ntopics (for example Pyramids, Geography, Pharaoh) feature a Shockwave<br \/>\nchallenge such as playing a board game or matching tools to the correct<br \/>\ntradesman. Egyptomania presents and analyzes<br \/>\nthe ten eternal truths of ancient Egypt (“1. The balance of man and nature<br \/>\nis essential.”) This section is for the high school crowd (and grown ups<br \/>\ntoo!) The second section, Discover Egypt, contains interactive games<br \/>\nsuitable for elementary ages such as Barbershop (“Egyptians loved to wash<br \/>\nand scent their hair. Wigs were very common and worn by men, women and<br \/>\nchildren”) and the story of eight-year-old Soho. <\/P><br \/>\n<A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.expo-egypte.com\/us\/\"><\/p>\n<h2>Egyptian Art in the Age of the<br \/>\nPyramids<\/h2>\n<p>http:\/\/www.expo-egypte.com\/us\/<\/A><br \/>\n<P><IMG SRC=\"https:\/\/www.surfnetkids.com\/images\/star5.gif\" ALT=\"*****\" WIDTH=\"250\" HEIGHT=\"34\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>To begin your tour, enter The Exhibition, where you’ll be presented with<br \/>\na time line. Ancient Egyptian history spanned 3,000 years. Egyptologists<br \/>\ndivide this time period into thirty dynasties. The dynasties are then<br \/>\ngrouped together into broad periods. The Great Pyramids were built during<br \/>\nthe Old Kingdom, four Egyptian dynasties that covered 2700 to 2200 BC. In<br \/>\nthis exhibit, each of the Old Kingdom dynasties is represented by a handful<br \/>\nof artwork.
