With their long legs, long neck, and<br \/>\ntawny brown patches, it would be easy to think the giraffe was a Dr. Seuss invention!<br \/>\nUnfortunately their numbers in the wild have been greatly reduced by hunting and habitat<br \/>\nencroachment.
