Sometimes a browser window pops up that actually contains something you want to read, but the window is too small to display it all. Frequently the scroll and resize functions are disabled in these pop-up windows, adding to the frustration. To solve the dilemma of an undersized pop-up window, simply right-mouse click on the pop-up, and select Open Frame in New Window.
