Mother’s Day scriptures are an excellent contribution to your Mother’s Day celebration. They often get to the heart of the importance of motherhood, and the importance of honoring mothers, and cherishing them. There are a number of scriptures that refer to mothers, how they ought to be treated, and what happens when you don’t treat a mother right. These scriptures can be great to quote in Mother’s Day toasts, or use as an inscription in a Mother’s Day card. The following are a number of Mother’s Day scriptures that make great additions to your mother’s Day celebration, regardless of how you choose to encorporate them in.

Scriptures from Proverbs, as it is a very poetic book of scripture include:

Proverbs 28:24
Proverbs 29:15
