Because of their versatility and lower cost (as least in comparison to the iPhone), the Apple iPod Touch is a popular gift for kids and teens. Depending on the age of your child, and how much access you want to give them, there are a number of things you can do to make the iTouch safer. For example, you can easily disable in-app purchases, app downloads, and even remove the Safari web browers, if you want.
