Serve your customers the sushi they order. Click on the recipe book to see how much of each ingredient you need then click on each ingredient you need. Then click on the mat to roll the sushi. If you do it wrong you get a pile of, well, mess. Serve their food within the stipulated time or they will leave. You have lives and lose one each time a customer walks out without being served. Click on the phone if you need to order ingredients. If you need it fast, pay the extra money for fast delivery. Meet the goal, you move on to the next level.
