Let’s make some flower cookies! Start by mixing the ingredients, including butter, sugar, eggs, lemon rind and flour. Place the dough on a cutting board and, using a rolling stick, roll it out. Then, using a flower mold, cut the dough into shapes. Place the flowers on a tray and put them in the oven. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Mix sugar, milk, corn syrup and almond extract, over which we add some food color. Decorate your Yummy Flower Cookies!
