Easter Egg Magnet

These cheerful magnets can adorn your fridge all year long!

You will need:

• Small Styrofoam Egg
• Glue
• Magnet Strip
• Craft glue
• Misc Craft Supplies (see suggestions below)

Instructions for the project:

Carefully cut the Styrofoam egg in half so you have two egg shapes with flat backs. Cut the magnet strip so it is almost exactly the same height as your egg shape. Using the craft glue attach the magnet strip to the flat side of the egg shape. Decorate the front of your egg with misc. craft supplies. Some suggested items are:

• Sequins
• Rick-Rack
• Ribbon
• Lace
• Fabric scraps
• Construction Paper Shapes

 

Just be creative with your own supply ideas! You just might have something laying around the house you can use that will make the perfect Easter egg magnet!
