Seuss Landing - General Discussion - Inside Universal Forums

Seuss Landing is fine, but cracked paint/poor maintenance is made more obvious due to how bright/texture-less the theming is. But it's in great shape now (outside CitH). Cat in the Hat is a fine dark ride, but definitely needs to be improved with projection mapping and literal clean up of all the dust.

Three Sneetches are relaxing in the water, enjoying the warm weather. On the beach, there are three towles for the three swimming Sneetches. There's also several Dr. Seuss books- some good reads while lounging on the beach. However, instead of reading, the Sneetches have probably spent more time working on this whimsical sand castle.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but have heard positive reviews about it. I fully support the idea of a Lorax boat ride. Colors galore! Heck, I'd love a massive expansion of Seuss Landing. Besides the Lorax boat ride, maybe we can finally get that Grinch indoor/outdoor family coaster down Mount...

I'm hearing the entrance to Seuss Landing (broken for around 3 years and counting) is "a test" to see how long the company can ignore something before repairing it. It's also possible guest surveys show people dislike entrances and Universal decided removing half of the entrance (thereby making a worse entrance) helps the problem in the same way removing 3D from all screen-based rides (thereby ...

Seuss Landing is pure Christmas immersion with the excellent, and plentiful decorations, Xmas music, and character Who's & M&G's everywhere. Even the stores are fun and interesting. During the Holidays, we spend more time in Seuss Landing than any of the other Orlando park's holiday areas. It just doesn't get better than this.

I especially think Seussical would be a great fit for the former BMG Theater. It's a really fun show and manages to incorporate so many of Dr. Seuss' best stories. They already have a Sussical Jr. version pared down to 60 minutes:

Seuss Landing is specially geared towards small children and is based on the works of author Dr. Seuss. It has several Seuss-themed attractions. There is also a Green Eggs and Ham Cafe and Circus McGurkus restaurant. One of the unique characteristics of this area is, like in the books, there is not a single straight line anywhere.

Crumpit is perfect for the park--another large, visual icon that represents the biggest (or one of the biggest) Seuss character (s) out there (Grinch, along with The Cat in the Hat).

Marvel was in productions with their Xmen movies and spiderman movies, the second Jurassic park movie had came out, Dr Seuss was arguably timeless and classic even more back then and loved by all so they did have relatable content compared to what was out. But, back to the attractions lol.
