Wifi connection fail once PIN and Fingerprint are set

PIN and Fingerprint (both can be successfully set up), but once it is set up the wifi connection disappear. Where would you look if you are requested to disable wifi connection for a specific microsoft account, possible under some conditions? Thank you for your time. Fortunately I have access to my Azure mobile android app (by fingerprint auth) and I could provide the azure subscriptions ids. Please let me know how to recover my account access.

I didn?t think to much of it but then when I went to sign in I had trouble because my pin no longer existed and my fingerprint pad wasn?t working either. When I signed in using a password I don?t even remember, the wifi doesn?t work, and the troubleshooting doesn?t work either.

Hello, I have a problem with my Microsoft windows account and I cant sign into it because I forgot the password. When I click "Forgot my PIN" it says "Just a moment" and loads for 5 seconds then it gets back and every time I do this is always the same. Treiber und weiteres bekommst du beim Hersteller des Rechners, in dem der Fingerabdruckleser verbaut ist. Eine ins Betriebssystem eingebaute Funktionalität für die Anmeldung per Fingerabdruck gibt es erst ab Windows 8 und höher.

When it became available in the previous update versions of Windows 10, I could set up the pin code and fingerprint reader as login options, but the camera would never work correctly even though every driver was installed by Windows Update. Is there a definitive way to get the driver to be recognized by 1903 and allow me to set up Windows Hello?
