Well I guess I?ll see how long the batteries last on these 2 cams, I?m hoping till spring but I doubt it. I?m extremely disappointed in this setup and lack of plain, prominent, installation information that comes with the cam and solar panels.

I found that there are 2 small spring loaded pins inside the unit that make contact with 2 screw terminal posts on the back casing. However, I noticed only one of the pins was extended.

I use it for beading the condensation we get on our cars here every morning during the Fall/Winter/Spring colder seasons and works extremely well. It doesn?t just clean it, it leaves a microscopic layer of protection, hence you don?t get water staying on the surface.

I've decided I won't be adding to my Ring devices until the playing field is levelled up. I don't want police or fire dispatch just having the alerts would be useful.
