Start PowerPoint from command line and use the /M switch to have PowerPoint run a specified macro when it starts a named presentation file. The easiest way to do this is to create a shortcut to the PowerPoint application. Then go to the Properties window for the shortcut and select the Shortcut tab.

Have tried re- installing, repairing, reboot, Have tried it on 3 other PCs and none work. My work laptop however, which has not been connected to the internet for a few days works no problem. PowerPoint will name your slide "Slide#" wherever it was inserted, so if you insert your slide in the middle of your presentation, you can have multiple slides with the same name.
