What is up with double quotes appearing when using hard returns in a formula? I have a formula that builds programming statements interatively. When I have a label that applies to one variable I grab it and I am done.

If you find such an entry without double quotes, edit it to add them and see if the problem goes away. In future, Autoruns is an easier way to find startup entries ... and it shows many more locations that just the two Run keys you've looked at.

Using quotes as the delimiter will result in it being interpreted as an arithmetical expression.
