You don't need to buy their kits to do experiments they have on their page, but they have wonderful detailed descriptions on what is happening, how to do it, what precautions to take, how hard to do and potentially dangerous it is - everything a beginner needs!

What you're looking for is the "wind tunnel experiment", where the flow lines are, of course, smoke. You can replace incense smoke for dry ice smoke, the idea remains that you need a continuous production of smoke to make it look visually pleasing.
