Downloaded Windows 10 but installation hangs at 99%

Toshiba laptop 99% hang Uninstall (not disable) any third party antivirus as they interfere with the installation and performance of Windows 10 beta builds. Disconnect any USB connected devices except mouse and keyboard.

Problem with updating to 15025-15031 - Microsoft Community

Going back to the problem with updating to 15025, I get the same issues but it went away and it finally installed. The only difference between this one and the 15031 update is that I attempted to do a system restore but that failed because it had a problem with access to AppData or something like that.

all day the youtube app has been sighing me out. its really annoying to have to keep connecting it to my youtube account. i don't think i have changed any settings. it just started acting up.
